Welcome to InvoiceXpress! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application ("App") developed and operated by InvoiceXpress ("we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You may use the App to:

• Create, edit, preview, and share quotes and invoices.
• Manage customers, items, discounts, and payments.
• Upload and store notes and photos related to your quotes or jobs.
• Track quote and invoice history, activity logs, and pricing.

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into contracts to use this App.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating or managing your account.

All content (e.g. quotes, customer info, photos) created or uploaded by you remains yours, but we may store and process it to deliver services and ensure a smooth experience.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the App Store or Google Play Store. Access to premium features will continue until the end of your billing period.

4. Marketing and Communication

By creating an account, you consent to receive emails from us related to account activity, feature updates, and promotional offers. You can opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the message.

5. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Upload malware or content that violates intellectual property rights.
• Interfere with the App's functionality, security, or performance.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for misuse.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the App (code, design, icons, branding, etc.) belongs to InvoiceXpress. You may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute any part of the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

InvoiceXpress is not liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
• Errors or omissions in the data entered by users.

Use the App at your own risk.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We reserve the right to disable or delete your account if you violate these Terms.
